At Antica Torroneria we only use high-quality Piedmontese hazelnuts of the slightly sweet variety “La Tonda Gentile delle Langhe”. This is clearly noticeable in terms of taste: the crumbly consistency of the tartufi transforms into a delicate melt in the mouth. The crunchy hazelnuts create the wonderful “crunch” of this typical chocolate truffle specialty
