The beans are carefully hand-picked and sun-dried on typical African drying tables.
Ethiopia, or rather Abyssinia, is known as the country of origin of Coffea Arabica. In the year 860, a goatherd named Kaldi made a strange discovery. His goats often ate red berries and after eating them they became more excited and lively. The caffeine was discovered!
Coffee was born and began its triumphal march around the world via Yemen.

Der absolute Hammer! Relativ neu im Programm. Überrascht im Hintergrund durch seine leicht zitronigen Noten. Vordergründig bietet dieser Kaffee eine Vielzahl von Geschmacksnoten (nussig, schokoladig ...).\nTipp: unbedingt schwarz trinken, keine Sahne und erst recht keinen Zucker hinzufügen!!!
Qualität hervorragend. Jedem zu empfehlen, der Kaffeegenießer ist.
