Highland coffee from Nicaragua from Finca Mierisch. Fine spicy, nutty flavor. Ideal as a filter coffee or for the French Press / Bodum preparation.
In the Matagalpa and Jinotega region of Nicaragua family Mierisch operates small coffee farms already in its fourth generation. The green coffee of originating from Germany Mierischs are characterized by the highest quality. In recent years, they always achieved best rankings in the international "Cup of Excellence" competitions. For "Cup of Excellence" -best rated coffees pay traders and roasters above average rates: up to $ 50 per pound.
Mierischs attach importance to environmental protection, natural management and adequate remuneration of workers. They also committed to the families of their workers and for the welfare of the local community.
There is an own water treatment plant for the water used in the washing process. Pests are controlled with pheromone traps. For the children of the workers there are regular teaching in a private school on site. For good medical care have all access to a hospital ward. For the spiritual life a church could be established. Local infrastructure has been promoted, and there is a separate small "supermarket" for the workers and their families. In addition, workers receive daily in their breaks freshly prepared food. The Mierischs invest in the education and training of their workers. Son Erwin Mierisch (43) itself provides all why environmental protection is so important, and that waste and garbage belong in this established tonnes. Only so waste can be recycled and waste be disposed purposeful.

Der Nicaragua Don Mierisch Superior ist schon lange unser täglicher Kaffeegenuss. Der Kaffee hat einen gleichbleibenden Geschmack, gutes Aroma und gut #########. Diese Kaffeesorte kann ich nur empfehlen.(Wir mussten die Bewertung anpassen, da gesundheitsbezogene Angaben gemacht wurden, die laut Gesetz im Zusammenhang mit Kaffee, nicht erlaubt sind)
Wie beschrieben, hervorragend
Ich mahle den Kaffe sehr grob (Meersalzgröße) und brühe ihn in einer Aeropress auf. Hier entfaltet sich der fruchtige Gechmack des Kaffees besonders leicht.
Diese Sorte Kaffee kann ich jedem empfehlen. Ansonsten bin ich mit allem,sehr zufrieden.
Milder und säurearmer Kaffee\nVerwendung: Filterkaffee
Ich verwend das Produkt als Filterkaffee (Handfilter). Es ist ein sehr milder Kaffe mit wenig Säuere und tollem Geschmack.
Ein ***, wohlschmeckender Kaffee mit wenig Säure, den ich auch gern Kaffeeliebhabern anbiete.
